Terms for using B2B Omnichannel, including Official and Unofficial channels.
By signing up for or using B2B Omnichannel, you agree to these terms. Please read them before connecting a WhatsApp channel.
Effective September 10, 2026
1. Service
Omnichannel provides a CRM dashboard, subscription plans, and Unofficial or Official channel connections. Official waits for Meta approval and cannot be connected yet.
2. Official channels
You paste your own API key. Official conversations stay in Official, not the B2B inbox. B2B stores CRM data sent through the webhook.
3. Unofficial channels
Unofficial is not the official WhatsApp Business API. Sessions can drop, the device must stay linked, and the number may be limited. Do not use Unofficial for blasts, OTP, or spam.
4. Subscription
Plans are billed from the catalog. Failure to pay may suspend dashboard and channel access. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for illegal content, spam, malware, or activity that harms other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as described in your plan. Our liability is limited to the subscription fees for the related period, except where the law requires otherwise.
