- What is the difference between Chat and Sales?
- Chat covers inbox, contacts, filters, and pipeline. Sales adds broadcasts, templates, reminders, forms, and a catalog. Sales cannot be purchased yet.
- When can I buy Sales?
- When business WhatsApp opens. The card stays visible and the button says Coming soon.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Owners see the active plan on Billing and can upgrade from there.
