How Omnichannel handles accounts, WhatsApp numbers, chats, contacts, and team files.
This policy covers the Omnichannel dashboard, the Chat plan, and the WhatsApp channels you connect. The policy on b2b.co.id covers the shared account. This page adds the chat product.
Effective October 12, 2026
1. Data we collect
Name, email, phone if you provide it, organization name, a password hash, a Google account identifier if you link Google, plan and subscription invoices, connected WhatsApp numbers, channel names, contacts, chat content, and technical logs such as IP address and sign-in time.
2. Google sign-in
If you choose Google, we receive your email, whether Google has verified it, your display name, and the Google subject identifier. We do not receive your Google password and we do not ask to read Gmail, Drive, or your Google contacts. The identifier is stored so the next sign-in matches the same account.
3. How we use data
To create the account, show the inbox, store contacts and the pipeline, send service notices, process plan payment, and keep the dashboard secure. We do not sell personal data and we do not use chat content for third-party advertising.
4. Who receives data
The payment partner receives the amount, reference, and payer details their page needs, and returns the payment status. Unofficial channels run through a gateway we operate. Official channels, when they open, follow Meta's terms. A session cookie keeps you signed in. Remember me, when checked, keeps that sign-in after you close the browser. When it is unchecked, the sign-in ends when the browser closes.
5. Storage, retention, and your rights
Passwords are stored as hashes. Traffic uses HTTPS. Chat text stays while the account is active. Photos, videos, and documents older than one year are deleted. Invoices are kept for as long as tax rules require. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing us from the address on the account. We follow Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection where it applies. The service is for businesses, not for children under 18.
